Is sending my Credit Card details via e-mail safe?
YES - We use a securely encrypted on-line e-commerce connection. Your credit card details are fully encrypted prior to transmitting and are held on a secure SSL server. It is generally accepted that credit card transactions via the Internet are as safe as handing your card to sales assistants in normal shopping environments. If you prefer not to use this means of transfer, you can tick the phone to verify option or phone/fax your order to us.
Are delivery charge added to the order?
No, delivery charges are already build into the price you see for each items.
Delivery Times?

Are Flowers Seasonable?
Yes, availability of individual flowers may vary according to season. Any flowers not currently available will be replaced with equivalent flowers.
International Orders
If you have special requests for overseas orders or if you are not sure if we deliver to a certain country, please send an e-mail with all your enquiries or contact us by phone.

Our Express Bouquets service is perfect for those situations. Simply tell us how much you want to spend and what the occassion is and we'll do the rest. If you prefer, we'd be happy to discuss all the different options available to you over the phone.
Do we accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept most major credit cards being - Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Diners, American Express and Bartercard.
Do we provide an account facility?
